Fayette County is considering two amendments to the Highway 54 West and Highway 74 South Overlay Zones. The first amendment would change the allowed floor area ratio (FAR) in the Highway 54 West Overlay Zone, while the second would change the allowed roof pitch for all commercial buildings in both overlay zones.
