Chamblee Residential Infill Overlay District
City Council approved the Residential Infill Overlay District Ordinance on December 19th. The ordinance is similar to DeKalb’s ordinance in that it allows individual neighborhoods to apply to be designated as an infill overlay district, but requires 60% of homeowners to sign the overlay petition, while the County requires 55% of homeowners to sign the petition.
