DeKalb Development Authority pumps new life into the creation of the Stone Mountain Community Improvement District. Focusing on East Central DeKalb, the DeKalb Development Authority recently presented an additional $20,000 dollars in the effort to establish an economic development plan for the critical area. These funds are in addition to the previously awarded $80,000 dollars provided by the Atlanta Regional Commission to the Stone Mountain Community Improvement District.
